Hello! Welcome to JTVS Builders, my name is Jimmy Smith, owner and operator of JTVS Builders. We are a full service General Contractor servicing the Coastal Georgia and South Carolina construction markets based in Savannah, Georgia.

Having graduated from Georgia Tech in 1996 with a degree in Business Management and a Certificate in Building Construction, I worked for one of the largest general contractors in the United States. I spent five years in estimating and project management for specialty projects and large commercial projects which included The Westin Savannah Harbor Resort Hotel and Maritime Trade Center.

During the past eight years, I have familiarized myself with The Low Country area while working with a Savannah based contractor. I have competitively bid, estimated, and managed to completion projects in all markets from new commercial, retail, historic renovations, institutional, and even custom residential work. I am a LEED AP and my company holds licenses in both Georgia and South Carolina.
